The U.S. Under-20 Men’s National Team rounded out its foreign training camp with a 1-1 draw against Egypt. Tony Taylor, who assisted Mikkel Diskerud’s game-winning goal in Saturday’s 1-0 win, notched the equalizer on Monday when he converted a 52nd minute penalty kick.
